Brothers Frank and Danny W. Wood arranged to start a fund that would honor their parents, Wilson and Ursula Wood. A number of memorial gifts were received following the death of Wilson. The family utilized the BAF ‘building over time’ option to complete funding this endowment which has an intent of recommending projects that support youth activities in the Shady Spring District of Raleigh County.
