The Beckley Area Foundation manages more than 500 funds that reflect the generosity and vision of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations committed to improving our region. Anyone can contribute in any amount to an existing endowment, or establish a new fund to support a cause they care about. Each gift—large or small—helps strengthen southern West Virginia today and for generations to come.

The Beckley Area Foundation currently manages over 500 different funds created by individuals, families, businesses, and organizations with a shared vision of strengthening our community. Anyone may contribute in any amount to any existing endowment. If your gift is for the general charitable needs of the community, it will be placed in one of our general endowments that receive memorial gifts, honorary gifts, and undesignated contributions—large and small. Each fund reflects the unique interests and values of its donor, supporting causes such as education, the arts, health, human services, and community development. All funds are managed with careful stewardship to ensure lasting benefit for southern West Virginia.
