The first is an unrestricted fund in memory to his parents Carl Odell and Anna Lorine Meadows Jones, as well as his brother Carl Lacy Jones. The name of his wife, Anna Malvern Gilkerson was added to this memorial listing for the scholarship endowment following her death.
