Dr. J. W. McMillen established this donor designated fund to honor his parents Ted and Mabel McMillen. The annual net income of this fund shall be used to match on an equal basis dollars otherwise raised by qualified applicants representing a charitable, civic, community church or school group in Meadow Bridge, West Virginia.
