Using the “Building Over Time” option the daughter, Chris Ann Jackson, of Raymond Stoutamyer started this fund in memory of her father. Mr. Stoutamyer taught science and biology in Wyoming County, WV for nearly 40 years. He was a teacher, mentor, and friend to many students throughout his career. This need-based scholarship will benefit matriculating students from Wyoming East High School. By establishing this scholarship, it is the hope of Chris Ann, that her father’s passion for learning will live on through others.
