Fifty-one member organization, both builders and association, pooled their resources to create a scholarship endowment. Income from the fund will be used to provide a need and merit-based award scholarship for children whose parents or legal guardian are members in good standing of the SWVHBA. Counties under the SWVHBA include Boone, Fayette, Mercer, Nicholas, Raleigh and Wyoming.
