Robert Manning’s close friend, April Harrison, established this scholarship to remember him and to benefit his alma mater, Independence High School. Robert was the owner of Manning’s Homecooked BBQ, which kept him busy on the festival circuit and at the City of Beckley’s Fridays in the Park.
