Graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School;
Recipient must pursue course leading to a degree or certificate from an accredited institution such as college, junior college, trade school, or technical school;
The primary criterion in awarding this scholarship is the “need” of the beneficiary for funds to continue his/her education.
