The Raleigh County Veterans Museum was established by an anonymous donor who was a career veteran of the Navy. “This fund is in support of the Raleigh County Veterans and First Responders Museum. In January 2024 the museum relocated to a newer facility. This location is substantially larger and better equipped, which has allowed for the transformation of the museum. The new museum will not only continue to provide an exceptional display of military equipment and artifacts but will now also include displays associated with first responders such as Police, Fire and EMT.
