Peggy Carter Holliday loved her Church and her Church family and was active in her church. This fund was established in 2022 by Joyful Life Baptist Church. This fund will provide support for the Salvation Army and Hospice of Southern WV. She would be honored that the members of Joyful Life Baptist Church started a fund in her memory and that others would receive the love of God through her BAF memorial fund.”
