In 2012 Joe and Charlotte Ison created this fund in support of the community where they established a thriving business and raised their family. The fund will generate much needed discretionary income which will be pooled with other unrestricted funds and used to address the ever changing charitable needs of Raleigh County. Joe, a founder of the Tractor Company, and Charlotte, an active community volunteer, friend and neighbor, both grew up in Wise, VA. They came to Raleigh County as newlyweds with a strong work ethic and strong family values. They are the proud parents of Mandy Ison Runyon and her husband Chadley, a sports physician in Greenville, SC; and Mary Ison Scott and her husband JL Scott with the Tractor Company. They have four grandchildren.
