This fund was established to provide need-based scholarships for students from Boone, Fayette, Greenbrier, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Nicholas, Raleigh, Summers or Wyoming counties in WV. Eligible students must have a parent, stepparent, sibling, or grandparent who is employed in the coal industry or who has been employed in the coal industry.
