Gail Williamson decided to honor her brother Charlie Thompson by establishing this fund as a 2010 Christmas gift. Charles K. Thompson is the owner of AnaLabs Inc., in Crab Orchard, WV. The fund utilized BAF’s ‘building over time’ option and received a match from the Massey Foundation. Discretionary or unrestricted funds provide an ongoing revenue stream for the Foundation’s Annual Community Grant program.
