Bethel Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund

Joseph C. Phillips, former member of the BAF Board of Directors, established this fund in memory of his mother, Bethel Phillips. Income earned from this endowment is used to assist Wyoming County students attending University of Charleston-Beckley.
