Anne and Hal Myers started this discretionary fund in 2012 which will serve to supplement the much-needed pool of unrestricted assets utilized to respond to proposals submitted to the Foundation through its Annual Community Grant Program. Hal Myers served two years on the BAF Distributions Committee and learned firsthand the value of discretionary dollars. Anne and Hal have a daughter Amy Elizabeth who was a WWHS and WVU graduate.
