This Donor Designated Fund was created by the late Joyce Broyles on April 1. 2019 utilizing BAF’s ‘building over time’ option. Joyce was a former BAF office manager, longtime supporter of the Foundation and a passionate animal lover. Annual income from the endowment was originally designated for the Raleigh County Animal Rescue which disbanded in 2022. Per a February 2023 BAF board resolution income is directed to support the local animal rescue charity Operation Underdog.
