The Beckley Area Foundation is excited to announce that applications for the 2026 Field of Interest Grant Opportunities will open on June 1, 2026.
Through these grants, BAF supports meaningful projects throughout our region that align with our donors’ philanthropic goals and strengthen communities across Southern West Virginia.
This year, organizations can explore 13 different funding opportunities, each designed to support specific causes and community needs. Grant opportunities will vary based on the purpose of each fund and the available dollars available for distribution.

We encourage nonprofits, schools, municipalities, and qualifying public organizations to review the available opportunities and prepare to apply for projects that create lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Beginning June 1, applicants can view available funds and submit applications through the BAF Grant Portal.
