Woodrow Wilson Class of 1963 Scholarship Fund

The Woodrow Wilson High School Class of 1963 took less than six months to reach the $10,000 minimum for a permanently endowed scholarship fund at BAF. This was made possible due to donations from class members, auctions at their reunions and sales of memorabilia. The class wanted the award to be made in perpetuity, but there was increasing concern regarding who would continue to raise the funds. Their 50th Reunion Committee felt that 2013 was the year to create a BAF endowment which would forever honor their class and ensure the continuation of their assistance to Woodrow Wilson High School Students. Income is used for merit and need based scholarships for college qualified graduates of WWHS.
