Brothers John D. Wooton and William R. Wooton started this fund to honor their parents, Robert and “Boots”. John and Bill were local attorneys who were active in many aspects of the Raleigh County community. The fund shall be used for a scholarship to be awarded to a Woodrow Wilson High School graduate who is a student at the West Virginia University College of Law.
