This fund was established by Joyce Broyles in memory of her father, David Lickliter, Sr. and everyone who has worked hard to make Beckley a better place. This fund will provide annual distributions to the Raleigh County Historical Society. Joyce was a former office manager at BAF and established ten endowments here exercising her generosity and benefitting her areas of personal interest.
