A Concord University graduate created this fund to honor Dr. Beasley, the former President of Concord, and his wife Jean. Income from the fund will be used for a need based Concord scholarship for a Raleigh County student who is at least 25 years old. The donor made a significant gift to this fund in 2010. Jean died in 2012.
