The Dr. Thomas Walker Memorial Health Foundation board established this endowment in 2004 to honor their attorney. This designated fund benefits the Beckley Concert Association. Mr. Vaughan was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Marshall University and WVU College of Law. In addition to an active career as an accountant and attorney, Jim was active in multiple organizations both as a member and leader. He was a 50 year member of the Beckley Rotary Club serving on most all committee and as President.
