This donor advised fund was established in 2005 by Charles S. Houck, the son of Dr. Winton R. Houck and past member of the BAF Board of Directors. Dr. Houck was a minister and served as interim pastor in many churches. Income will be used to help deserving charitable organizations and programs in Wyoming County. Grant recipients will be recommended to the BAF Board of Directors by a Wyoming County committee.
