This Fund was established in 2009 by Dennis King, Tiffany K. Sanders, Dawn K. Lewis, Dorothy Crouch, and Jacquie A. McPeake in honor of their mother and aunt Connie Lewis McComb King. Originally, used to provide need based scholarships for students graduating from Mount Hope High School, it now benefits students from Oak Hill High School. Preference shall be given to female applicants who are pursuing a business degree, or a career or vocation considered to be non-traditional for women.
