With the 2009 completion of the new Cynthia Bickey Gallery and renovated classroom space, the Beckley Art Group achieved a significant goal. While the facility was completed without debt, BAG members and supporters realized the need for a secure source of funding for utility expenses, insurance costs and maintenance. Dan Bickey understood this need and provided significant seed money to establish a designated fund to help with these costs now and in the future. The endowment is open for additional contributions in any amount from anyone interested in assuring the sustainability of this wonderful addition to our community.
