Need-based scholarship;
Graduate of a Fayette or Raleigh County high school;
College upperclassman pursuing education in dentistry, medicine, or dental hygiene at a college or university in the State of West Virginia;
This scholarship shall also be available in post graduate programs (school of medicine, or school of dentistry).
