Need based scholarship for Raleigh County graduates,
Member of FFA (Future Farmers of America) and/or 4Hclub,
Required documentation of participation in FFA and/or 4H club, and
Preference given to students who have submitted an FFA and/or 4H project to the West Virginia State Fair.
