Need and merit based;
Graduates from Wyoming County East, Westside, or Wyoming County Career & Technical Center located in Wyoming County, West Virginia;
Must be pursuing a program of study in medical field at University of Charleston-Beckley. Should UC-Beckley cease to offer majors in medical fields or have a physical presence in southern WV, the scholarship can be award to student pursuing medical field major at any accredited school in WV.
