Tom Jarrett Memorial Park Fund

The Tom Jarrett Memorial Park fund, established in 2025 by the Carter Family Foundation provides permanent support for the maintenance of Tom Jarrett Memorial Park at the Raleigh County Memorial Airport. Annual distributions, determined by BAF’s spending policy are made to the Raleigh County Airport Authority. Additional contributions are welcome, and the fund is governed by BAF’s policies.
