Patricia Johnston, a pharmacist and an owner of Colony Drug Store, and her husband, Lawrence Frail, a local attorney, established this donor advised fund in September 2001. Patty and Larry continue to make contributions to this fund and have utilized the state tax credits available through the Neighborhood Investment Program. They enjoy staying actively involved in the annual grant making process by reviewing and recommending support for organizations and projects in need of financial support.
