The Carter Family Foundation Scholarship Fund provides annual, need-based scholarships for students from Raleigh County, WV, or Southern West Virginia. Awards support post-secondary education at an institution chosen annually by the advisory board and are granted through a fair, nondiscriminatory selection process.
