This fund was established in 2015 by William N. Jones as a memorial to his parents Carl Odell and Anna Lorine Meadows Jones, as well as his brother Carl Lacy Jones. The donor believes that everyone should find a way to give back to their community. This philosophy led him to establish an unrestricted BAF endowment which will enhance the Foundation’s ability to respond to the dozens of worthwhile requests submitted during the annual community grant program. Most of William’s working life was spent in heavy construction and highway construction, many of the projects taking him out of state. He retired to Grandview, WV and generously gave back to the community he called home.
