The Woman’s Club of Beckley utilized BAF’s “Building over Time” option to create a scholarship fund that will help women who seek skills that will enhance employment opportunities and their ability to care for themselves and their families. Recipients must be women residing in Raleigh County and enrolled at New River Community and Technical College so as to prepare themselves for employment or advancement in their current employment.
