Joyce Broyles served as office manager of the Beckley Area Foundation for three years, single-handedly producing several annual reports and managing day-to-day operations. Joyce’s interest in BAF was demonstrated by her monthly donations to the Campaign for the 21st Century with the goal of building a named fund providing unrestricted income for community grants. Created in 1996 its income continues to help BAF’s strategic and responsive grantmaking address solutions to the most pressing needs in our community.
