While traveling from their home in Texas to attend their high school reunion in Webster County, WV, George and Jean Thompson Douglas decided to establish a scholarship endowment. This award is made to a Webster County High School senior who will attend a four year, accredited college in WV, working towards a baccalaureate degree. Residents and friends of Webster County made contributions to meet a generous challenge opportunity in building this endowment.
