This endowment was established in 2013 with funds transferred from the Mountain State University Foundation. The assets were built with donations from individuals who were associated with this evolving educational institution located in Beckley. While the name and the administration has changed over time, the importance of the school to its students and to our community has always been significant. The annual income from the fund shall be used to benefit students attending the University of Charleston-Beckley. The UC-Beckley administration may determine the greatest need including, but not limited to, students’ scholarship needs. The donors have insured that the income from this fund will forever benefit Raleigh County post-high school educational needs.
