This fund in memory of Virginia & Woodrow Cook was established by their daughter, Barbara Bean, to benefit graduates of Wyoming East High School. This scholarship pays tribute to Barbara’s parents, lifelong residents of Mullens and Wyoming County, who were deeply committed to education and community service.
