Robert and Ellen Lilly File established this endowed fund. The income shall be used for an annual scholarship award to assist students with Cystic Fibrosis in furthering their post-secondary education and becoming employable. Recipients must graduate from a West Virginia high school and have a confirmed diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis. Preference will be given to Raleigh County, WV students. The renewable scholarship may be used for college, vocational or technical school.
