Donor advisors of the Word Family Fund, a donor advised fund held at BAF, established this fund in October 2020, in memory of Ember Worrell. This designated fund will benefit the Cranberry Baptist Church in Beckley, WV. Ember Worrell was a long time employee of Beckley Loan Company having started there in April 1982 and continued to work her way up to Vice President. She returned to school, while working full time, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Concord University in 2002. Her co-workers were like family, and she enjoyed her days at work. She was a member of Cranberry Baptist for 41 years and generously served where needed.
