Dr. and Mrs. Julian Chipley took advantage of BAF’s “Building Funds over Time” opportunity to create this donor advised fund. An enthusiastic supporter of our community, Dr. Chipley has frequently chaired the committee that organizes the Beckley Christmas Parade. He will now make annual recommendations as to how the income from this fund shall be distributed.
